We hired Menspower Umzüge GmbH for cleaning our apartment. we were very not happy the way they cleaned. All the corner in the rooms, kitchen platform, area under toilet ,some stains on the floor which was easy to remove but...everything was not cleaned at all..... They misplaced the window screws and when we email them no response at all. Very very unprofessional and will never recommend to anyone. Because its not allowing me to post i am giving one star otherwise i would have rated 0 star ...

I had an amazing experience with this company, they were quick with their responses, provided the boxes ahead of time. The day of the move the team was punctual, friendly, very professional and quick. No items were broken in the process. The cleaning crew also did an amazing job. Very much worth the money spent for a stressfree move. Highly recommend.

We used Menspower's services for our move in Zurich. Overall I'm not very satisfied, especially compared with a different moving company we used in the past. We ordered both packing and moving service. The packing crew only did 3 hours of work and after they left we discovered that some drawers/shelves were skipped and we had to finish it ourselves. The company sent us moving boxes ahead of time but no packing tape was provided which surprised the moving team and resulted in some boxes not being taped very securely. After the move there was some damage on the wall and floor of our new place. I reported it and Menspower sent a painter and a floor carpenter free of charge which was very nice. Unfortunately after the scratch has been removed from the floor the tiles are now brighter where the scratch was than the rest but Menspower didn't respond to my complaint. During discussion with Menspower I talked with a very friendly Polish lady who works there and was very helpful. If it wasn't for her I would give this company a lower rating.

After having tried three different companies for other moves, I was very pleased with this one! Do not look for another one. Customer service was efficient to come and give an offer, always answering our questions. We had a not so easy move (4.5 flat) from Zürich to Nyon and the team of movers were great. They did everything in one day. Very efficient, competent, helpful and friendly. The team leader was tip top. Highly recommend and again a big thanks to the team!
