Our 11-year-old detached house had a faulty drainage system on the attic terrace. Large sections of plaster underneath had come loose, and everything was wet. Managing Director Claudio Privitera gave us excellent advice and promptly sent a detailed quote. Sandro Festini, a top expert who only needs to look at the facade to see where the problem lies, was responsible for the technical aspects. We were also very satisfied with the workmanship; the workers were efficient and very respectful. Our only concern is that the renovated section of the facade looks fantastic, while the existing facade pales in comparison. One day we'll have the entire facade renovated, and then we'll know which company to choose.
