Honestly! I've always loved Spirella products... timeless, high-quality... I was looking at a picture from 10 years ago today. I was shocked to see it's still the same shower curtain... I wash it every 1-2 months. I even give the bottom edges a bleach treatment. I don't get anything out of the review, but I hope the quality stays the same. Hats off! 🫡

Our six-month-old shower curtain had a defect in one of the hanging loops, and the loop came loose. After a quick phone call, I returned the curtain to the shop with the receipt and was able to take the completely repaired curtain (all the plastic loops were replaced with new stainless steel ones) home after about five minutes. Everything was covered under warranty. That's what I call excellent service. Thank you so much! We'll definitely shop there again.

The treatment I received from the team was unbelievable. A brand new shower curtain had three broken snaps the first time I took it down to wash it. The material was poor quality and the customer service was completely unfriendly. They hid behind the lack of a receipt, even though I have one for all my other Spirella products. Never again Spirella!
