We bought Liebherr 964. From the beginnings they lie to us. We come from Croatia to CH and than we saw that Liebherr excavator is defective. They reduce price for a little bit because of that, but it is not correct because on the ad they told that excavator is in good condition. When we finally bought the excavator they did not show up on the loading and no body told us that cupola is not working also, for this reason loading was almost impossible. Mr. Andreas Meile told us that they will refund us some sume of money but never happend, also they prepare wrong custom papers and 2 trucks were stuck on the border and lost day and a half. To sum up, very unprofessional stuff, false advertising, a lot of lies!
