super service by This. Helped me fix an urgent problem with my bicycle during my solo trip through Switzerland. Update: after the service by Veloplus the bicycle held up and had ZERO problems during the full 560km ride that followed. Tour completed in 7 days. Thanks once more!
Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They didn't have the size we needed so it was ordered and arrived quicker than expected. Simon and Mathias were really helpful and did a great job explaining everything about the bikes. We bought two bikes and are very happy with our purchase.

The best bycicle store I ever bean. The have everything to all kinds of riders. I found almost all panniers and bags made by Ortlieb ready at the store. They also have some panniers from vaude and they own brand. The staff was very helpful and they spoke English.
Helpful staff, variety of brands, lots of material on stock and you can try things on. It's probably not the cheapest (actually for sure) but at least they offer a store and not just online.
