Coffee Machine Repair 4545317 This review applies to Interdiscount in general, not just the Emmenbrücke store. I'm still shaking my head in disbelief. First, I waited over 10 days for a message/cost estimate, only to pick it up again without any explanation as to why it hadn't been repaired. Then, even more time passed before I received a response to my inquiry. Only after waiting over three weeks did I personally take the machine to DeLonghi in Baar, and a minor defect was fixed within 5 minutes – free of charge. The grinder had simply come loose. So, far from satisfactory. "Unfortunately, we don't have the exact details, as we don't repair the appliances ourselves; this is handled by the service center. Generally, the reason is that spare parts are unavailable, delivery times are very long, or a repair isn't economically viable." Over three weeks without a coffee machine because of a simple, easily fixable problem – and Interdiscount failed to manage it. Terrible service! ``` For coffee machine repairs, it's best to take it to an independent repair technician or directly to the manufacturer.
