What you’d expect from a Hans im Glück. Trees in the interior, slightly overpriced good tasting burgers. Won’t be back but it’s alright if you really fancy a burger. Parking lot is okay, right beneath the store.
We ordered the Glücksgriff (vegan) and Hans im Glück (beef) burgers, along with golden fries and iced tea. In hindsight, the "Durstlöscher" would have been the better drink choice. The peach-mint iced tea and the mango-ginger iced tea were a bit lacking in presentation. If you're stopping by, definitely go for the lunch menu, it’s well worth it. For just €10.90 on top of the burger price, you get a large cold drink, a hot drink, and a side, a much better deal than the dinner menu. The staff were also incredibly friendly!
Wonderful experience, the place is very comfortable and welcoming, the staff is very friendly and nice, OH and the food is just exquisite. The best burger and fries in Luzern. 10/10 recommend
I was shocked and incredibly pleased by how tasty the food was in the simplicity of the menu. But the service here is top notch. The waitress that took care of us was so friendly and respectful. The best service I received in Switzerland from traveling all over this summer.

I like the concept of Hans im Glück, Food is good. Wouldn't ever have it delivered, though...a mistake not to be repeated.
