Since Gabriela (in Lucerne) arrived, many things have been better and easier. She is very caring, always has time for us, and takes care of all our needs. Since she's been here, there's been no more confusion, no more back and forth; you can always rely on her. I would recommend Lucerne.

Absolute disaster!!! They take a full three months to exchange emails. The exams don't match the course materials, and afterward, they simply give you credits for free. Staff changes every two months, and the instructors grade based on liking and are usually overwhelmed by a question. Never again HSO Lucerne; nothing works here! A waste of money.

The business school was a complete success. Veselinka is a very warm and welcoming student advisor. She always made time for me and found a solution for every problem. I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic time studying with great lecturers, experts, students, etc. Of course, there were times when things didn't work out as planned, but these were nothing. I thank the HSO, and who knows? You always meet twice in life :-)
