The room was great. The receptionist was very welcoming. The best part was the complimentary breakfast which was great deal for us as we had to travel early mornings during our stay. The hotel is very near to the bus stop and also has a coop supermarket nearby.

Location of hotel is convenient with bus stops nearby and a supermarket right beside. The staffs are very friendly and room is very clean and comfortable.
Great location central .Service is Super above and beyond! Good food and real pizza available( Italian " pizzaiolo"). Room was a bit small,but for the price no complaints.
The position is the strenght of this hotel. You have a direct bus to the city center of Lucern. The staff was extremely nice and provided useful info. But my room was too narrow and under the roof...too small window....I had the impression to sleep in the ceiling under the roof...
Hotel was very nice, on a good location! Staff was friendly and helpful. I like how you can drive in the bus for free all the way to the city!
