Greedy management with too strict cancellation policy. Do not even offer partial refunds for cancellations. Booked our stay on a Sunday for the following Saturday. 3 days later one of our travel partners had a family emergency and had to cancel the trip. Host would not accept a date change or even provide a partial refund even though the place would’ve sat empty as it was unbooked less than a week out! Hope she enjoys our €550 for doing nothing!

What truly sets this place apart is the friendly and attentive service and advice. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Schlaraffenland. The combination of exquisite products and outstanding service makes it an absolute must for gourmets and connoisseurs.
