After a ridge tile came loose during a storm, I hired a company to repair the damage. Nothing happened after the initial report, then a second, and subsequently even a third, before the repair was finally carried out. The bill arrived immediately, for over CHF 500 to replace a single tile. After calling again, I was promised that the bill would be reviewed, but I never heard anything more. This is not what I call good customer service.
