We drove on main roads and small local roads and found places that are not visible from the main road. Amazing views.

Kneipp Trail - Length: 5 km - Difficulty: Easy to Moderate Inspired by the holistic health philosophy of Sebastian Kneipp, this trail offers a unique experience with various stations where you can engage in water treading, barefoot walking, and other health-promoting activities. The trail is set against a scenic backdrop of forests and meadows. 3. Karst Trail Silwängen - Length: 8 km - Difficulty: Moderate This trail takes you through the fascinating karst landscape of the Entlebuch region. You'll see impressive limestone formations, sinkholes, and caves. Information boards explain the geological processes that created these features. This trail is ideal for geology enthusiasts. 4. Bramegg Panorama Trail - Length: Approximately 10 km - Difficulty: Moderate to Hard Offering some of the best panoramic views in the region, this trail leads you up to higher elevations where you can see sweeping vistas of the Alps and the surrounding valleys. It's a more challenging hike but well worth the effort for the stunning scenery. 5. Emmenuferweg Trail - Length: 40 km (can be done in sections) - Difficulty: Easy to Moderate Following the Emme River, this long-distance trail can be enjoyed in shorter sections. It passes through charming villages, lush forests, and agricultural landscapes. The trail is well-marked and suitable for both walking and cycling. 6. Alpine Flower Trail - Length: 4 km - Difficulty: Easy This short but beautiful trail is perfect for flower enthusiasts. In the summer months, the meadows are bursting with a variety of alpine flowers. Informational signs help you identify different species and learn about their ecological roles.
Beautiful place.
Beautifully picturesque area. Great for calm days or even hikes. There are multiple but not many ski slopes. Very friendly locals and about 3 restaurants to choose from.
