We were able to spontaneously rent two downhill bikes, which were specially adjusted for us and ready within a short time. We were also given a tool for removing the front wheels. Very friendly and highly recommended!

I recently visited Bikesport Bieri and was very impressed. The shop offers a wide selection of bicycles and accessories and is easily accessible. The selection of mountain bikes, road bikes, and e-bikes was excellent. The brands are top-notch and offer something for every type of cyclist. Mr. Bieri was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to understand my needs and recommended the perfect bike for me. A highlight was the opportunity to test ride different bikes on-site. Overall, my experience at Bikesport Bieri was extremely positive. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone looking for a new bicycle or accessories. I will definitely be back!

On April 10th, I brought in two bicycles for servicing and maintenance. As agreed, a cost estimate was supposed to be provided first. Despite repeated requests, I never received one. After five weeks, I picked up the two unrepaired bicycles and took them to another bike shop. Very unreliable and frustrating...

I had problems with my rear brake while cycling through Switzerland. We found this bike shop 3.5 km away. I was helped immediately, and within 10 minutes the brake rotor and pads were replaced, and the gears were also adjusted. Excellent service!

I bought my Scott Spark at Bike Sport Bieri and drove all the way from Zug because the model wasn't available anywhere in my region. I received a very friendly welcome and expert advice. They even took the time to assemble an XL bike, still in its box, so I could take it for a test ride. The workshop and showroom are impeccably maintained. A truly exemplary business that has kept up with the times while still upholding traditional values. It's well worth the slightly longer drive.
