I have contacted hundreds of bicyclyle shops to find a new tandem. This is the first place being willing and able to let us try one. We went from Milan to see what Marc calles a "small" exhibition and found what we needed. Really worth the journey. In two days our new tandem was ready. Friendly qualified service. After years of searching I'll say to those who look for a tandem, go here. Normal, Electric, foldable or fat bikes. What do you want more?
Extremely courteous, competent, empathetic, and warm. We drove from Biel to get an e-MTB. Despite the opening hours and our slightly late arrival, an hour before closing time (due to the commute), Mr. Schneider took plenty of time for us. Thank you so much for this great service.
