Rude owner!
A very unfriendly, arrogant owner with a pronounced aversion to e-bikes. I had a flat tire near Sempach during a multi-day bike trip. I had a puncture repair kit with me, but my pump didn't work. Unfortunately, the owner wasn't willing to lend me a pump because I ride an e-bike! Luckily, I had called ahead (they might have been on summer vacation), and didn't have to meet this strange man in person. Unfortunately, there's no negative five-star rating option on Google Maps. This guy deserves it.
I was on a multi-day bike tour and had a problem with my front brake. I spontaneously stopped by, and the specialist immediately found and fixed the cause (a chip in the disc and a brake centering issue). I'm still grateful for the tremendous help.
One star only for telling us to go elsewhere because he doesn't work on electric bikes. Even though it was just a small part of the process. Didn't budge from his desk. Barely courteous. Absolutely zero friendliness.
A real disappointment! We wanted to look at the bikes and were treated badly after only two minutes in the store. Children are anything but welcome. The owner said, "Do you understand me? Can you speak German?" Please don't touch anything. And NO, children hadn't touched any bikes or expensive equipment... we didn't have time for that! That's completely unacceptable. With this kind of customer service, even the best selection is useless. #customerserviceequalszero!
