I got to know Eva through a friend who recommended that I get in touch with her. I must say that at the beginning, I was skeptical about this coaching and the money I was about to spend, but I had reached a point in my job search where I was totally stuck. After a lot of thought, I decided to embark on this adventure. I must say that at the beginning, I was not a model student, and I have to say Eva is very direct—either you follow her and her suggestions, or you can do whatever you want, but then you shouldn’t complain. The only thing I can say about the coaching with Eva now is that I should have done it a year earlier. I was unlucky not to have met her before, and I can only recommend her. I appreciated so many things about this experience that it’s difficult to list them all, but if you are looking for someone condescending or who says, "Poor guy/girl," this is not Eva. You just need to listen to her during the coaching, adjust your documents based on her feedback, and follow her instructions on how to develop a strategy and contact people. In this crazy world where thousands of people apply for the same job, she teaches you how to stand out from the competition. She used to tell me that the more senior you are, the more you should forget online applications. Your next job will come from the contacts and interests you generate. No surprise—she was 100% right. On top of the 1:1 coaching, I found the online lessons she created and the weekly meetings with her other "students" incredibly useful. Here, you could directly experience different views, backgrounds, and strategies, and this time was incredibly insightful and positive, especially because Eva answered all the difficult questions that came up in a clear and comprehensive way. Eva also organizes get-together meetings from time to time with the other "students," and these moments were not only fun but also a great opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences. Bottom line: you should have no doubts about Eva's coaching. One of the best investments I made.
