Big, a lot of cool stuff, clean, tidy and very nice staff. My go to place for second hand stuff, they have everything!
Good things to buy at good prices.
A very nice little flea market in the old town of Biel/Bienne where you can find quite a few nice things. I also brought a pair of trousers in to be mended once, and the work was well done for a very reasonable price.
Located in the old town, this charming secondhand shop focuses on antique furniture and home furnishings, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere inside. A wide selection of clothing is available on the first floor, along with many books and films waiting to be discovered.
They have beautiful items in the store. But I had a very bad experience with the collection and disposal service. They already called me 6-7 times to set the day of their arrival. They called me back about every week. Then they sent me an invoice that does not correspond to the weight of the items I had to throw away (100 kg invoiced for a 30 kg wooden table and some plastic pots). So I think they threw away planters that were in perfect condition and to resell....long live ecology! And when you ask for explanations, you receive answers in an inappropriate tone and without any explanation, they just say that you have to pay the bill. Really bad service. Avoid
I had a very unpleasant experience at this Brocki store, mainly due to the owner's attitude, who was extremely rude and indifferent to customers. In addition to her deplorable behavior, I noticed that the prices were excessively high compared to other similar stores in the area. The products didn't seem to justify these prices, and I found the same items much more affordable elsewhere. The owner's negative attitude and the exorbitant prices made me feel completely ignored as a customer. I certainly won't be returning and I don't recommend this store to anyone looking for both friendly service and fair prices.
