Incredibly incompetent company. I sent in my application documents and received no response. I called and was told they needed something else from me. I sent that too. Still nothing. I followed up to make sure everything was okay. They wanted more documents. But why didn't they contact me on their own initiative? They even called my landlord and my boss with a blocked number. They wanted to know my salary from my boss, even though they already had my payslip. He didn't tell them, citing data protection reasons. I never received a response. I then wrote that I would consider a lack of response by a certain date as a rejection. That was it. I never heard from them again, and the whole thing was a waste of my time. I'm extremely indignant about this company and, in hindsight, very glad I don't have them as my landlord.

Very disappointing: The administration seems disorganized, unfriendly, and incompetent. Concerns are neither taken seriously nor handled professionally. Unfortunately, not a recommendable experience!

Absolutely not recommended. Ms. Müller is aware of my current situation. However, she was cold and unhelpful (no motivation to work) and didn't even make me feel like I was the fifth-choice contact on the phone regarding the apartment. It's fine that I didn't get the apartment, but she lacked sensitivity. Also, I would like my original debt collection report back, thank you. ☺️

After all our efforts, they didn't even have the decency to send a rejection... we simply heard nothing more! Very unprofessional and not recommended. The man who showed us the property was unfriendly. Luckily, we found something much better with excellent management. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 …
