Ordered a Bidirectional SDI/HDMI 12G Converter, and an SDI cable, which arrived pretty fast. I like fast deliveries. The negative part of the order was the fact that, after plugging the converter between my Canon R5 camera and Atomos Shogun 7 monitor, powered by a USB C power bank, I noticed that the converter was getting really hot in just around 10 mins. That, was a no-go for me so I packed everything back to send back. Even though I has carefully opened the plastic seal on the device box and nothing was damaged, the company still wanted to deduct CHF 50.- from my refund, which I find absurd. It's like paying 50.- for a thin plastic packaging seal! Despite a couple of email exchanges, they still wouldn't agree to a full refund. I even wonder why plastic is being used still, which isn't a sustainable product. So, I refuse to pay CHF 50.- for plastic and prefer to keep or recycle the device which to me, is a faulty product and pose a danger if used, considering the fact that it gets that hot very quickly. Let them keep the money. I strongly advice anyone ordering from this company, to first clarify with them, the packing material used, and the return conditions. I remain a very unsatisfied customer and think I will never order from them again, due to this experience.
