I can only say good things about this establishment; the food is very good and the wine list is excellent. A pleasant atmosphere, a quiet place – a great find.
This is an excellent restaurant, the food is delicious, and the service is pleasant. I'll definitely be back for special occasions; I highly recommend it! Cream of broccoli soup, Chanterelle vol-au-vent, Perch fillets in white wine, Veal tenderloin with morels...
We had the asparagus menu for 107 francs. All courses were very good, and the portion sizes were just right. The individual courses were harmonious, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented.
Excellent value for money. Delicious food. Great atmosphere. The service could be a bit friendlier.
We were there on a weekday evening in early June – the only guests. The welcome was unfriendly and incompetent. We explained that it was our first time; the menu in the smaller dining room was larger but more expensive – which was fine with us, as it looked like a gourmet restaurant (at least according to the reviews here). We ordered beer and mineral water. The beer smelled like rotten eggs, and the water reeked of stale smoke. We're happy to spend money on good food – but nothing about this place was right. It would have just been a disappointment. We left without eating and only had to pay for the overpriced water. I mentioned that their website wasn't working. The server replied: "The owner has other problems right now; his wife passed away." Our sincere condolences, yes – but in such a case, you simply close the place for a few weeks. That explained the gloomy atmosphere – but not the awful beer. By the way: That was over two months ago and the website still isn't working.
