The spa, the hotel, the massages are just out of this world. This was my second visit to Akari spa and i took spa package with massage. There is a very delicious and healthy extensive buffet that is included with this visit. The view to the alps and lake are breathtaking. Very nicely maintained, very friendly staff and amazing masseur. Do visit as it is worth a lifetime
We celebrated our anniversary at this hotel, and it was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations, the service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The hotel itself is top-notch, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. The spa is truly exceptional, offering a luxurious experience with breathtaking views of Lake Zurich. It was a truly memorable stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!
Let’s start with the best part: the service staff was absolutely lovely and attentive — from the reception all the way to the spa area. And of course, the stunning view over Lake Zurich was a real highlight. We also really enjoyed the snack options in the spa, the wonderful Collina restaurant, and the outstanding breakfast buffet — definitely a highlight of our stay. What we didn’t like as much: the price for the room felt too high considering the condition. The bathroom were outdated, and the room itself had the feel of a hospital room (a nice one, to be fair). Also, there was no air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep comfortably. If renovations are planned in the future, we’d definitely consider coming back. As it stands, we’d return mainly for the breakfast buffet and the great spa offerings.
The view is so unique that increses the rating but truthfully apart from the breakfast that is really good, with great offer of bread, cheese, egg, cakes, fruits, including mango, papaya , passion fruit of high quality and attentive …
It was a marvellous weekend! The staff was so friendly, we were well welcomed and taken care of! The room was so nice, the spa super enjoyable and we totally will go back! It was just amazing, the food, drinks, views, spa, staff, hotel everything.
The resort underwent a spa renovation a few years ago, and the new wellness area looks absolutely breathtaking. However the rooms are still quite old fashioned. We still enjoy booking this hotel for our parents when they visit, but the decor and especially the bathrooms are overdue for an update.
