Very professional and friendly. I appreciate the teams attention to detail and quick responses.
Unfortunately, there is neither a phone number nor a written contact form. I have now been waiting for over two months for a replacement frame, which is covered in gasoline stains. After lengthy discussions, you finally decided to replace it, even though the tank had a crack during the warranty period! I'd rather not comment on the quality of the work done so far; for this price, I definitely expect better customer service!
Unfortunately, it's impossible to reach anyone at Ducati Switzerland's general importer by phone or email to file a complaint or discuss the next steps. We will now try to contact Ducati in Italy directly. The service provided by Ducati Switzerland is simply abysmal! It makes you wonder whether you should buy a Ducati bike in the future!
The unsolicited newsletter scam is starting again!!!!! Despite years of complaining, unsubscribing, and requesting the deletion of my data, Ducati still doesn't care about data privacy! Outrageous, arrogant, and incompetent in handling personal data. Stay away!!!
No response to written inquiries, either by mail or digitally. "DUCATI SWITZERLAND" JUST EMBARRASSING. Fortunately, we have dealers who stand up for us and conscientiously handle the issues you raise.
Be careful, this company orders goods and then simply doesn't pay for them; they deal with suppliers in a very specific way.
