The LT experts were deployed again for the final stage of the gas line renovation in the development where we work as caretakers. The team has practically become part of our family. Unfortunately, things didn't go as smoothly and professionally as the company portrayed. Contrary to the clear and unambiguous claims in their promotional video, our entire house, all the furniture, all the shelves, were completely covered in a layer of dust after these "experts" left. They unnecessarily drilled too far behind a heating manifold, damaging the shower wall (porcelain tiles) behind it. The dirt/sludge flushed out of the old heating pipes was simply dumped into an almost horizontal gutter in front of the garage without being rinsed. The hardened sludge then had to be painstakingly scraped out by hand. The so-called "experts" even mixed up the flow and return lines of the heating system at one point, and a final inspection was effectively nonexistent. In short: The job itself was done, but with very expensive and unpleasant consequences. I strongly advise against using them.

We have had the pleasure of working with LT Rohr Experts in the past. This time, they were on a long-term contract at a housing complex in Bern to renovate the existing gas lines. Throughout this time, the team was extremely competent and always very friendly, both to the tenants and to us as building managers. They always left the work area tidy and made every effort to minimize disruption to the tenants' daily routines. Our questions were always taken very seriously, and the situation was explained to us in a way that even we, as laypeople, could understand. Warranty repairs were needed in my apartment building. The workers on site are very professional and courteous. They don't hesitate to carry out tasks that would normally be assigned to other tradespeople, such as chiseling open walls to access damaged pipes. Not only I, but also the other tenants are very satisfied with the workers and appreciate their communication and excellent manners. When you're without water in your kitchens and bathrooms for 72 hours, it's invaluable to be able to communicate with competent workers.
