We brought our G-Class for different services as example; warranty work, body work, new brakes on the front and rear axle, changing wheels and more to the B.I. Collection in Feutersoey. Mr Hirschi and his entire team were always at our side with their expertise. All work was carried out excellently. You immediately realise that the B.I. Collection in Feutersoey has high quality standards! Making appointments with Mr Hirschi always went smoothly and quickly. The customer is king at this dealership, because every single employee tries to fulfil the customer's wishes. The replacement vehicles are very well maintained and are completely cleaned shortly before handover. Thanks to the Digisafe, nothing stood in the way of picking up our G-Class outside of opening hours. We received our vehicle always clean inside and out. I've taken my car to this repair shop several times. Each time, there were problems. The first time, I found a hole in the seat and a cigarette smell. The seat was replaced after lengthy negotiations. However, they denied that anyone had smoked in the car. Since mistakes can happen, I returned to BI Collection anyway, as I own a Bugatti and this is the closest repair shop. This time, the bodywork was damaged. This time, they flatly denied everything, despite the video footage I took before handing over the car, which shows that the car had no damage. Conclusion/Summary: This repair shop will be very friendly and try to sell you a car, but they don't know their stuff, don't take care of the cars entrusted to them, and don't take responsibility. P.S. Don't rely on Google reviews; if they get bad ratings, they'll send you a lawyer's letter to intimidate you. But that doesn't work for me. Jean
