im really shocked about costumer service in this filiale i been around 100 jumbos in switzerland never found something close worse than this one the manager there is pure arrogant 0 friendly with customers jumbo central really need to do something

impressive customer service ! I went there after I was unable to mount some part of a coffee machine since the part I had to replace was way too firmly attached. I had bought the machine in Seedamm-Center the day before. I mentioned the issue at the information counter. No question asked. Help was provided immediately. With smiles and much attention. Took them 5 to 10 minutes to fix the issue. In the meantime nice interactions was some other staff members. COVID times. Well organized... but many customers of course showing not much respect for the signage and the efforts they put to make this place as safe as possible. Anyway I was impressed by the friendliness and very customer oriented attitude. I can't repeat that enough ;-)
