Unfavorable pricing policy for existing customers of the FIRST Alpha locking system! My recommendation to new customers: buy a different locking system. Customer service is only accepted indirectly through security retailers. In my opinion, a standard online reorder for a key should be state-of-the-art in 2023. My reorders for an existing locking system: a) Lock cylinder including 3 standard keys at CHF 12.20 each --> price per key is acceptable from a customer's perspective. b) Reorder of 2 standard keys (without a new lock cylinder) for CHF 41.30 each. More than three times the price of an order including a cylinder, completely unacceptable from a customer's perspective!!! -> I definitely feel like I've been lured in and then ripped off. I can't possibly replace the entire locking system of an apartment building with 11 cylinders just because of a key reorder. Positive: Very fast order processing and delivery of the keys via Swiss Post by registered mail.
