The transport van did not have a license to park when they came. Damages from the move (bed, lamp, wall) not covered even though it should have been insured. No response after trying to reach Herr Nuñez to replace chandelier that they drop on the floor on several occasions. Also, watch out with the „fixed priced“ agreement as he will try to increase the price after the move is done. Two stars are for the two workers who were pleasant.

Nunez Transporte, a subcontractor for the furniture store's transport company, handled a sofa delivery. Only two men arrived – instead of the four I had agreed upon/paid for with the furniture store and noted on the Nunez delivery slip. They were also under considerable time pressure. While moving the sofa into the apartment, damage occurred, including to the parquet flooring, which I unfortunately only noticed after the two men had already left. I immediately reported this and the other damage in writing, but Nunez Services denies any responsibility for the parquet damage and only acknowledges the minor paint chips on the doors. This resulted in a protracted affair that dragged on for months (initially no response from Nunez Services, and only after several months did they provide their business liability insurance information). Damage can happen, but one would expect a professional company to handle it professionally and honestly. The fact that only two people showed up for the delivery instead of four – despite being billed differently (the sofa was heavy) – speaks volumes. I complained about this and requested four people, but they simply did it with just two. I absolutely cannot recommend Nunez Service Transport.

We were very satisfied with the service. The planning went smoothly and without any problems. The moving team was very friendly, relaxed, and efficient. Nothing was damaged, not a single scratch. The furniture assembly (Pax wardrobes) was flawless and quick. We would definitely recommend this moving company.
