If a publisher claims an advertisement got stuck on the server but doesn't apologize or attempt to communicate with the customer, that's unprofessional. In any case, Südostschweiz had absolutely no problem with my advertisement. "Thanks" to its non-appearance in Fridolin, many of my customers were confused, since I had promised to advertise there. The ad should have appeared on March 26th. Despite my intervention, I still haven't received an apology. That's not how you do business, which is a shame.

...I can fully understand the less-than-stellar reviews here and happily agree with some of the previous reviewers.... In my opinion, a little more decency and better behavior from the club's operator would be desirable!
