Today we had to discuss an open claim with Helvetia – what we needed to do, when, where, and everything else. After spending over 30 minutes on hold, only to be disconnected and put back on hold with a poorly supported agent, we finally lost patience. So we called the agency, not expecting much. But it was completely different. The two gentlemen immediately took care of our needs. They answered the phone, and within 30 minutes we knew who, what, how, when, and everything else. I believe it was Mr. Scherrer who did us a fantastic job, and he even offered us a coffee. Thank you so much for your efforts.
Everything's fine until you have a claim! Then the problems begin. The insurance company makes excuses, but ultimately, it's better to pay more for decent insurance.
