The 1-star review below is highly unbelievable. The prices are very good, as are the delivery times. The customer service representatives are very pleasant and competent. We've also used the chat support in the online shop, and it works perfectly. We've only been shopping here for a few months, but so far we have nothing negative to report.
Extremely unpleasant and persistent call center. Ms. Graber from Ofrex AG, in particular, doesn't understand even the simplest German. Sentences like "We have no interest," "Please delete our data from your database," and "No. Please never call again" were ignored. We now receive several calls daily. We no longer answer them at all.
Ofrex offers a very comprehensive selection, delivers super-fast, and is highly reliable. Deliveries are always complete and error-free. Communication is professional. If you have any questions about a product, you can call a member of staff directly, who will be happy to help and provide information.
