Last week, we ran into Reto Gubser by chance at Media Markt in Pratteln. He gave us expert advice and explained the differences between the various Dreame models. Performance, cleaning quality, ease of use, and cleaning the device itself were extremely important to us. Thanks to his advice, we purchased the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Complete for tile floors. It has already performed three CleanGenius cleaning cycles (86 minutes for 57 m², based on the planned cleaning time per cycle), a water stain removal in the bathrooms and kitchen (35 minutes for 30 m²), and a deep cleaning in the hallway and living room (45 minutes for 35 m²). The floor already looks significantly better. - Emptying the dirty water tank after two cleaning cycles is easy. The same applies to emptying the clean water tank. - After about five cleaning cycles, we replaced the mop pad, which was very easy, and also the washboard filter, as it had accumulated quite a bit of dirt after five cleaning cycles. Time investment: max. 10 min. - Our dog is still skeptical 😅🤷♀ - The app makes it quick to create a map of the apartment (approx. 10 min. for a 4.5-room apartment), and you can add details like furniture, floor type, and floor levels. - The app informs you about changes, whether it's water or filter cleaning. Thanks to Dreame, our apartment is now vacuumed and mopped three times a week, and we can come home to a freshly cleaned apartment without hesitation and focus on our work-life balance. It was a fantastic purchase! Without Reto Gubser's spontaneous advice, we wouldn't have a Dreame robot vacuum and mop today. Thanks, Reto!

We purchased a Dreame robot vacuum and mop from Dreame Switzerland about 10 months ago. +Anyone with a bit of technical know-how will quickly find what they need on the website (e.g., warranty claim registration). -Repairs and warranty claims in Switzerland are handled by their partner. I can no longer recommend this partner, and it's one reason why I won't order my Dreame device from them again (we had to send it in twice in a row, and our robot vacuum and mop still hasn't been returned after about three weeks). -Contacting Dreame's support is usually like writing to an AI.
I had a problem with a Dreame robotic lawnmower. The warranty process was very complicated. Although Autronic isn't responsible for repairs and isn't responsible for the tedious process, the employees were extremely supportive and worked hard to find a solution. Thank you very much.
