Customer here for a few years. I was away when I received the reminder I was out of credit. Despite having topped up my credit the very next day the Internet was cut off. Rather than simply reconnect me, I have to reconfigure my router using their extremely poor instructions. Don't recommend this service. Am switching to another provider.

Well, I had them all. Datacom, then Tiscali, Swisscom, Green, Cyberlink etc etc etc. 30 Years of getting Internet. However, Monzoon is the best. great value, great service (a real person pickup the phone). Had a few issues over the years with them but they all got sorted quickly. Thanks Chaps - looking forward to the next years !!

Leggit the best ISP experience I had so far. They even give you static IP within minutes. Cancellation can also be done immediately at any time. No hidden fees. Prices fair. Support available👍 I really wonder why people still take up contracts with swisscom when there is providers like this... …
