The projection screen we were sold is clearly unsuitable for our application. The customer failed to communicate the film's weaknesses. The price was €1,200 for 10 meters, of which 5 meters had to be removed immediately during one order. This not only damaged our reputation, but also resulted in the costs having to be paid in full. No concessions!!! The 92% transparency of the film over a larger area is extremely unsuitable. Kimoto should have communicated this; we contacted them before ordering to clarify any ambiguities. We were assured that this was the best film on the market. Now we are stuck with another 5 meters of film that can no longer be used. After consulting with the supplier - Kimoto Zurich - the responsibility has been shifted to us (the customer). Unfortunately, under these circumstances, I can no longer recommend Kimoto Ltd.
