I contacted this company via Elco to request a quote. It was clear that I already had a quote. The request was for a turnkey installation of a geothermal heat pump system. Representatives from Leutenegger and Elco arrived promptly for the appointment and inspected the property. However, they asked hardly any in-depth questions. They also didn't inquire about the plans I had on hand. A few days later, I received a cancellation notice stating that they were fully booked until the end of 2023 and had no capacity. Why would a company that apparently can't accept any more orders come to a quote appointment? Does this company not need any business?
