We love Einsiedler beer, especially the wheat beer. But what's going on with this beer these days? It's lacking flavor, thin, and has little to no yeast, despite a good swirl... And this isn't an isolated incident, which is a shame!

The beer actually tastes quite good. Unfortunately, there are massive quality variations in the production process and with the bottles themselves. Several bottles in the last shipment were defective, which resulted in a mess. I'd rather buy from the competition.

We had a great tour of the Rosengarten brewery with Alois. He covered us with all sorts of background knowledge, history and traditions about hermits and beer brewing. The whole thing was rounded off by a comprehensive tasting offer and the purchase of “fan items” (beer tankards and beer mats) in the shop. Thanks. It wasn't the last time I was with you.
