Promises have been broken repeatedly, and the order is now taking twice as long as originally announced. Communication is abysmal; you have to chase after information yourself. For example, the company simply didn't show up on the agreed delivery day – no call, no apology, nothing. If you want to avoid a lot of frustration and hassle, it's best to steer clear of this company.

Those guys know their stuff! Our old shutters were brought back to life by the shutter clinic! Even the damaged shutters were repaired! Now we have new shutters again: That's what others think... :-)
