The cheese is a delight, as is the salami. What we found most appealing was the opportunity to sponsor a cow. You can even visit the cow. The path to the pasture was perfectly described to us. David is also knowledgeable about the protected plants and takes care of them. Thank you so much for your commitment to the environment!
