This man (maybe it was Peter himself?) really saved us!! We arrived on a Friday to find the shop exceptionally closed but he arrived to take care of other business and opened just for us. Great cheese selection. Some local beers. All the other standards needed after a long day hiking. We thank him greatly!!

Small but perfectly formed. A good selection considering the size of the shop. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Bread can be ordered the day before and delivered the next day. I'd be happy to come back!
A delightful, truly ancient, yet modern and cleanly designed little traditional country shop with everything you could need, including a large and well-stocked cheese cellar. Cheerful and knowledgeable service.
