The package was simply left in front of our door (we live on the main road and there's a bus stop right in front of the entrance). We were home and nobody rang the doorbell. Naturally, the package was stolen, and naturally, Planzer is now denying any responsibility. Legal insurance has been activated.
The market leaders when it comes to NOT delivering packages on time. Packages are constantly being delivered late. The non-existent communication and the abysmal tracking service complete the picture. What a joke! To Planzer: I'd be happy to send additional information by email. Surcharge: CHF 2.00
Driver delivers to the wrong place, customer service refuses to do anything.
The package was supposed to be left in a weatherproof spot at the front door. Instead, it was left in front of the garage in the rain. Everything is soaked. Incompetent.
I paid €89 for secure transport with a signature for a bike. Planzer delivered it without a signature (I feel cheated). They simply left the bike in the hallway, even with a broken brake lever, without saying a word. When I called, Planzer tried to weasel their way out of it and did nothing. This is no way to achieve customer satisfaction – they just take the money but do nothing else.
"You can leave the package." The package will not be left. "Not delivered - delivery notice left." No delivery notice left. I needed on-time delivery...
