Yesterday 10 people waiting for the viewing of property in Hindelbank. The property was already rented and nobody told us. They cancel the appointment 7 minutes before when everyone already waiting. Not Professional company. 0 stars.
It is not okay to cancel the appointment on the same day it should take place. At least have some basic respect for your applicants.

Beware, anyone considering dealing with Privera: stay away! This management company is extremely incompetent, unreliable, and unfriendly. Since moving in in February 2024, I was promised that defects in the apartment would be fixed – two years later, nothing has happened. Since submitting my notice of termination, I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that it has been received. No confirmation, no callback, no sign of life. The responsible woman was never reachable by phone; callbacks were promised – but never came. I have to vacate the apartment on March 1st and still have no information on whether my notice of termination has even been received. In short: Anyone hoping for professionalism, friendliness, and reliability will be bitterly disappointed. Absolute warning: stay away from Privera.
