They repeatedly failed to effectively remove mold from their neighbor's apartment. They haven't repaired the awning, among other things, for months. They don't clean properly, despite the additional charges. My laundry comes out of their washing machine black and oily, yet they haven't paid any compensation for the damage to my clothes for months. Since I unfortunately moved in six months ago, I've had to wait months for every single claim, even with the involvement of the mediation service.
