k kiosk — Bahnhofpl., 3822 Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland

Did this really happen? Did the owner add 2.6% MWST to the the total, while it was already included? I did grosser shopping for a total 52.10. Then at the end a button was hit and the counter indicates 2.6 MWST lebensmittel. The total new prices was 53.50. I was surprised but didn't say anything. I had to go back half an hour later and bought one thing. I paid good notice and no indication of 2.6 MWST and I paid the indicated amount. I don't have the receipt of the first time. So not 100% sure, but quite certain. Pay attention!

Rude staff member The automatic doors were disabled but the sign on the door said "we are back again" obviously in English this doesn't make any sense so we were trying to see through the door if 1. The product we wanted was available and 2. If there is anyone inside. A lady who was blonde approached the door glared at us, took off the sign and opened the door. Her words as we walked in aggressively were "next time you want to kiss my door you can clean it". We were very confused and off put by this behaviour and language by this so we walked out. We rather purchase our goods elsewhere. Maybe it's illegal in Switzerland to look through a glass door? We are still confused by this encounter.

It's very small shop selling food, beverage and souvenir. There's clean toilet next to the shop.

We ordered tea from Starbucks machine and it had only hot water and the girl there wants us to pay for hot water !!?! So bad

This kiosk has extremely inconvenient opening hours. It's peak season here in Lauterbrunnen, and all the shops are open. Only the kiosk is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. It also closes very early in the evenings.
