HORRIBLE. I traveled so far to come to this town, it was always a dream of mine to come to Lauterbrunnen. Only to find out people are rude. I came inside this gift shop because I saw some tshirts outside on display ...I was actually planing on taking a total of 5. I go inside the store....no one greeted me, no one asked me if I need help. I went to the T-shirt section and as soon as I grabbed one of the tshirts an extremely rude lady stops me and says “NO NO NO, DON’T TOUCH ANYTHING IM CLOSING IN 10 minutes, YOU CAN ONLY LOOK. DONT TOUCH!” The way she talked to me made me want to cry. It was very disappointing how such a beautiful place Can have such rude people (she wasn’t the only one, sadly). So no don’t go inside this store, SKIP IT, Take your money somewhere else where they can appreciate the effort and investment you made to visit Lauterbrunnen.

HORRIBLE RUDE LADY RUNS THIS STORE! The old lady who works here is RUDE and I saw her PHYSICALLY pushing 🫸🏻 customers away. Pushing someone is an absolute no, how is this okay? She literally snatched items customers were holding from their hands and pushed them with her shoulders and body to keep them back without giving them even a few seconds to get out of her way! I saw one person losing their balance in front of my own eyes. Don't go here and stay away from this rude, ill mannered lady who has no respect for customers and people in general. Seems like no one has taught her basic things in life, respect, boundaries and communication! STAY AWAY FROM THIS RUDE LADY!! Lady it's time you change your behavior. There are multiple reviews mentioned here of the same NASTY behavior 🫸🏻👎🏻⛔ Stay away from this shop and don't spoil your day. Say no to this shop ⛔

We saw some T-shirts on display outside and we wanted to buy some so we went inside, as soon as we grabbed the T-shirts a very rude lady told us to not grab them. We were going to buy some other things but we decided to take our money somewhere else. And as soon as we left the store the lady rushed to organize the T-shirts we touched.
