Had an end cleaning with guarantee in Zurich Affoltern with them on April 28th, 2025. First of all they are very professional, reasonable, efficient and reliable. Housekeeping girls who came to clean our 3.5 room apartment not only cleaned everything properly but also went out of their way to replace a new toilet seat and throw one big plant which was not their job. Cleaning was approved immediately by the landlord. When I approached some other companies in Oerlikon for the same service, the price was 500 chf more than what Quali Swiss solution quoted. Their attention to smallest details while cleaning is amazing. They spoke to landlord also directly and ensured her that they are always available in case of any issues in future. Hats off to the owner and his hard-working team for their great cleaning services.

- Agreements are not adhered to - Emails are either ignored or answered very late; calls are only partially answered - Despite repeated warnings that the cleaning could be time-consuming, so that appropriate resources are allocated, insufficient cleaning staff were provided, resulting in an approx. 1-hour delay at the start - Clarification of the quantity/additional costs only on-site, and payment is also welcome in cash. - Cleaning staff do not have the necessary equipment to properly clean the terrace, for example. - Obvious soiling must be pointed out to the staff – several times. If you are considering hiring this company, be sure to have someone present for the inspection (additional costs!), as the quality of the service is unsatisfactory in many respects. - Some designer furniture was moved without protective covers, and minor scratches were found in some cases. - Furniture was not placed and aligned as agreed. - The apartment was not ready as agreed, as the previous tenant's cleaning company was also completely overwhelmed. - The company Quali Swiss Solution was willing to postpone the move by one working day at short notice.
