A typical village bakery on the main road, lacking atmosphere. The service was like something you'd find in a farming village. The cheesecake was delicious, and the Berliners (doughnuts) were fresh and okay. Parking at the Ziebelemärit (Onion Market) is a disaster.
The ham croissant had no flavor. The sandwich with ketchup also had very little flavor; a very bad experience.
A lovely selection of fresh baked goods. One of the few bakeries in the region that still relies entirely on in-house production. Even croissants are still made by hand. Seasonal products are available, such as a large selection of chocolate bunnies at Easter, and in winter, a wide variety of gingerbread and delicious Christmas pastries. One last insider tip: The meter-long bacon braid on Saturdays is divine...

Bad welcome, the boss was not friendly, and came in complaining because my work colleague was eating a bircher that he had made himself.
