One of our favourite department stores. Great range of products. Some good January Sales offers.
I love this place, good lunch and dessert. They have a lot of different bread, cakes, sandwiches snd etc. Its worth to visit this place
Nice shop with some discounted options. Understaffed so an advice would be to offer self service check out. Took around 20 minutes of waiting before i got to pay for one item of clothing, only 2 people ahead were ahead of me but the staff was a bit too slow.
Today I want use my coupon to buy “Women Fashion“. But unfortunately the coupon „UNGÜLTIG“. Customer Service not helpful the problem. Another women much better to help my another problem (2 weeks ago)!!! I got coupon for nothing!!!!

cashiers were very unfriendly and rude towards my mother who isn’t fluent in swiss German. Return was very difficult and in all very unsettling experience
