Completely unlike its predecessor, the bike shop in Hittnau, Cycle Village makes you feel welcome from the moment you step inside. The greeting is warm and the service is more than just competent! Franz and Beta, as well as Regula, who is often in the shop, truly understand the customer's needs and can respond quickly yet with plenty of enthusiasm and time. The mechanic is always polite and does a fantastic job; with his expertise, he tackles every problem and finds a solution in no time. He also takes the time to offer advice, which I really appreciate. To round off the experience, I mustn't forget the excellent coffee they offer while you wait. A visit to Cycle Village is a must for every cyclist from the Zurich Oberland region.

I brought my bike (not purchased at Cycle Village, a different brand) in for repair. I was able to pick it up at the agreed time. What can I say? It was repaired superbly, cleaned up like new, and as a great service, they even adjusted the suspension. Thanks, Franz, it finally works the way I wanted it to. Highly recommended.
