Ms. Zwick makes it easy to relax. Even the initial consultation was a completely new experience for me: she took her time and explained the entire examination procedure to me beforehand, in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all my questions with great competence and empathy. What I personally appreciate most is her wonderful sense of humor and her approachable manner. Highly recommended – simply top-notch!

My doctor is extremely competent and friendly. However, what's really annoying is that the phone is almost never answered, and sometimes you have to call up to 10 times a day before you can even get through to someone.
The first two times I visited this practice, I felt very uncomfortable and not taken seriously. I had to listen to unpleasant and definitely unprofessional comments. Since I'd only heard good things about this practice, I decided to give it another chance and this time went to see Dr. Zwick personally. I immediately felt taken seriously, and my expectations were met.
After changing gynecologists several times, I'm extremely satisfied here. The doctors and medical assistants are friendly, competent, and incredibly empathetic. You feel very well cared for! It's well worth the longer drive. I highly recommend them.
