PKZ MEN Thun — Bälliz 52, 3600 Thun, Switzerland

This was my first time visiting the PKZ branch in Thun. The sales floor is beautifully designed and the clothes are well presented. The sales assistant was very friendly and welcoming. 😊 Ms. Schenker's advice was excellent. She has a keen sense for customer needs and a remarkably good eye for outfit combinations. I felt very comfortable and valued. I can highly recommend the PKZ branch in Thun. I'll definitely be back. 👍

I was a loyal and satisfied PKZ customer for years and always felt well looked after – unfortunately, this doesn't apply to the Thun store. My experiences there were consistently disappointing. A particularly unpleasant experience was when an employee simply pulled the curtain aside while I was trying on a piece of clothing. This was disrespectful behavior I've never experienced in any other store. After complaining, I received a voucher, but the underlying problem – a lack of respect and customer service – remained. The next incident involved the handling of a defective jacket I purchased from PKZ four years ago. Instead of offering me, as a long-time customer, a solution, they simply told me I would have to expect repair costs of over 100 CHF. Only customer service was willing to carry out the repair free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. But by then it was already too late for me: I had decided to buy my clothes elsewhere in the future. The Thun store in no way represents the quality I've come to expect from PKZ. I absolutely cannot recommend them.

You're greeted warmly as soon as you walk in. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, excellent advice, and a level of service you rarely find. Shopping at PKZ Thun is truly enjoyable—I'll be happy to come back.

Very poor and unfriendly customer service. My brother and I were speaking Portuguese to each other and weren't asked if we needed help, even though we'd been looking for a suitable shirt for a long time. Another woman came in and was immediately asked if she needed assistance. Only when I asked about a size did we receive a curt reply. The way we were treated, and the staff were also rude to each other (arguing loudly at the checkout), was appalling. I left the store very disappointed.

I bought a suit at PKZ Thun to attend a wedding. The sales assistant was very attentive and friendly. She even showed me combinations I wouldn't have thought of myself. PKZ Thun has a great selection and fantastic fabrics. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.
