This is a small branch located on the first floor of a large clothing store. That can be a bit confusing. However, the saleswomen are friendly and helpful, and I'd like to thank the young saleswoman with the long dark hair, who is originally from Spain, for her help and patience!

For years, I've been ordering men's fashion online from Ulla Popken and having it delivered to their store in Thun. There, I'm greeted and advised by a wonderfully friendly and welcoming team. The charming ladies are not only knowledgeable about women's fashion but also men's, and they give me honest and expert advice! Anything that doesn't fit can be returned, so I don't have to try everything on at home and send it back myself. I always felt very well-advised at the Ulla Popken store in Thun. The employees were very helpful, and I always felt very welcome, which is why I always made the trip to Thun. But for the past few months, and especially since yesterday, the service has been shabby... no advice, employees prefer to talk among themselves or exchange diet tips with other customers. The old management is sorely lacking!!! I won't be coming back :-(

As a customer, you're not treated with respect here. The saleswomen are very nice and helpful. The manager, however, is anything but! For the first time, I treated myself to a great winter jacket for 450 francs!!!... The zipper wouldn't close after the first wear! The employees noticed this when I complained. The manager called me and told me everything was fine 😡 I wanted my jacket back (instead of a store credit) and now I have to replace the zipper myself. Customer service is nonexistent! At another store in Thun, they replaced a pair of jeans without any fuss because they were significantly damaged after only four months. Those jeans only cost 99 francs. THAT's customer service!! 👌👌😊

I've been a customer of Ulla's for many years and know many Popken stores. However, the Thun location is my personal favorite. They always have a great selection and the service is always top-notch! I'm always asked if they can help me, their opinions are open and honest about how something suits me, and they always take the time to show me alternatives.
